The trigger-event email

'Saw [news/signal about their company]. We've worked with 3 similar companies. Would a 15-min call on [relevant topic] be useful?'

The curiosity email

Very short, highly specific. 'Quick question about [their stack/category] — got 5 mins this week?' Works with a strong brand.

The credibility email

Lead with relevant social proof, then the ask. 'We helped [similar company] achieve [specific result]. Worth exploring for you?'
