Founder approves hooks with one click — yes, no, or 'rewrite'. Writer then develops approved hooks into posts. Founder never has to write from scratch, just react.

Keeping the voice

Build a voice doc: 5 sentences the founder says all the time, 5 they'd never say. Writer checks every draft against it. Voice drifts slowly — the doc catches it before readers do.
