What to look for
Conversion-rate cliffs. If MQL→SQL is cratering, the problem is either MQL quality or sales follow-up — not top-of-funnel.
The outreach rule
If SLA compliance drops below 80% in a week, the report auto-flags it. Sales fixes its follow-up before marketing fixes lead gen.
How long until insights compound
It takes 4–6 weeks of weekly reports before patterns emerge. Don't change the format during that window. Consistency matters more than the exact metric set.
