What most briefs get wrong
They either over-direct (kills authenticity) or under-direct (nobody knows what they're making). The brief needs to be a fence, not a cage.
The 5-section brief
Context, goal, mandatory elements, freedom zone, usage rights. Each section gets at most three sentences. If you can't say it in three, you don't know what you want.
Usage rights from day one
We negotiate 12-month paid usage for every deal. The creator's post is only 30% of the value — the reusable ad creative is the other 70%.
